Locanda’ s dishes tells a traditional Umbrian cooking hand down from Nonna Genoeffa. Foodstuffs are “ Km zero” , typical, Umbrian and genuine.

Our menu change depend on period and season, but quality is always guaranteed.
The Costumer in Locanda can choice a very simple menu where all dishes is a story hand down from
father to son.
Homemade pasta and cakes, Torta al Testo with sliced ham ,salami ecc with cheeses by local producer.
Wild boar, hare, fawn are Locanda’ s speciality, but costumer can find also a pork meet in a fireplace, lamb, beef and more from local butcher.
On request is possible agree upon the menu with the costumer.
You can find also a vegetarian propose and Celiac menu.
